Does Plain Jane Club offer a delivery service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a delivery service at this time, however, should you be in a rush to receive an order please let us know in your notes section and we will do all we can to make sure you get your products promptly.
Can I make special requests for strains?

Yes, absolutely you can make special requests! We do no guaruntee that all requests will be met exactly but we do the best we can. Any replacements or substitutions that be required are made suitable to your needs.
Does Plain Jane Club offer discounts for wholesale orders?

Yes we do! If you have any questions about wholesale purchases please email us at plainjane.club@protonmail.com.
How long will my order take to arrive?

All order times are quoted to arrive within 2-7 days of your order placement. Arrival times will vary depending on your region. Typically, anywhere in BC, AB, or MB will take less than 3 business days and anyone in the remaining provinces or territories will take 3-7 business days, although, this does change depending on weather, holidays and the weight of your products.
